Sophie Rodriguez awarded 9 scholarships from CLCA

Sophie Rodriguez, one of our student assistants, was awarded 9 scholarships, totaling $10,000 from the Landscape Educational Advancement Foundation. LEAF is a branch of the California Landscape Contractors Association. Sophie is double majoring in Plant Sciences and Agriculture Science. She plans to use the scholarship funds to pay for school, housing, applications (PCA, CCA, ISA certified arborist, etc.) and potential further education after she completes her Master's at Cal Poly.
